You may request an exchange, return, or refund within 7 days of delivery of your order.
📦 Conditions
Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Perishable or opened food items can only be returned if damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds for Cash on Delivery and Lacto Wallet orders are credited instantly to your Lacto Wallet. Prepaid (UPI) orders are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Need a different size or product? Raise an exchange request from My Orders → Track Order within 7 days and our team will arrange a pickup & redelivery.
